He wants to go to school!

This tiny little boy would love to go to school but, as well as a lot of other children, his family does not have the money for it. And his fathers, who have not had education either, shouts: “You can not eat a book, but you can eat seeds after growing it! So school is worth noting, come on; “let's go work on the fields”.

Therefore is happens that a lot of Nepali children, above all girls, are not going to school and because of that remain illiterate. Stichting Veldwerk Nepal (SVN) wants to do something about this wherever possible. For one thing by sending poor children (especially girls) to school, by means of financial support.
On the other hand by organizing training and education for elderly women, those who never had a chance to go to school. Besides information is been given in the villages about the necessity and the value of education and other subjects Healthcare in Nalang (PDF).

Well, the study fund! If you share our opinion that each child should have the opportunity to go to school, we gladly invite you to support our initiatives. For example by means of a special campaign in your school or the one of your children. The expenses per child and school differ but will be about € 0.35 a day. Even less than a small packet of chewing gum! In brief, what prevents you from helping us sending these children to school!
