And that's where Stichting Veldwerk is working, among and with local people. Nepal is beautiful, but the people are very poor. The government of the kingdom of Nepal doesn't really concern it self with the problem of poverty. This has resulted in the conflict with the Maoist movement at the present time. Stichting Veldwerk wants to provide a little bit of help to the people, while respecting their own self-esteem and equality. |
